We will charge £5.00 per dish, giving £130.00 to the PTA, the total charge for 300

portions will be £1500.00
The takeaway dishes, napkins, plates and cutlery will be provided by yourselves
tables will be provided by yourselves
we will be able to use the school kitchen
we will bring a gazebo – are you happy for us to have?

There will be 2 of us, so we will look after all aspects of the tent – so we will look after the cash – will you be able to set us up with a float, or should we bring?

so just so im clear, as every event is different – do you pay the £1500 - £130 to us, or do we sell the portions and hope that we sell 300 portions like we would at any retail event?
